1. Data controller

Roy Wealth is published by RW HOLDING (Siren : 941 789 463). For any question about your data: hello@getroy.fr.

2. Data we process

Account: your email address and password (stored hashed, never in clear text).
Portfolio: the positions, transactions and valuations you track through the service (financial data).
Technical data: an authentication token stored securely on your device (iOS Keychain) and your display preferences (language, theme) kept locally.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any advertising identifier.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR, art. 6)

Providing and securing the service — performance of the contract.
Authentication and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

4. Market data

Quotes and fundamental data come from the provider EODHD. None of your personal data is shared with it.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. No data is shared for advertising purposes. Your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union and accessible only to authorized personnel.

6. Tracking

Roy Wealth performs no advertising or cross-app tracking. No third-party analytics SDK is integrated.

7. Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When the account is closed, it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, token stored in the Keychain, restricted access to data.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them: hello@getroy.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Account and data deletion

To delete your account and associated data, email hello@getroy.fr. Requests are handled within 30 days.

11. Children

Roy Wealth is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

This policy may change; the date at the top indicates the version in force. We will notify you of any significant change.
